Business identity, monitored contact addresses, integration details, retention periods, and commercial terms still need verification. These pages are not a confirmation of regulatory or platform approval.
At a glance
- Only the features, prices, and service commitments in your accepted order apply to your purchase.
- You keep ownership of your content and control which business accounts you connect.
- Indian law and any mandatory consumer rights take priority over conflicting contract terms.
Who these terms are with
Switchapex is the brand used for a business marketing workspace covering local presence, social content, advertising, and lead management. The legal entity providing a paid service must be identified on your order and invoice. These draft terms must be completed with the operator’s verified details before paid services are offered.

Eligibility and your agreement
You must be at least 18 and authorised to act for the business whose accounts or data you manage. A paid order should clearly identify the service, price, tax, billing period, renewal arrangement, and applicable cancellation terms before you accept it.
Browsing this website or downloading an enquiry does not create a paid subscription. A separate signed agreement may govern a business engagement, subject always to mandatory law.
What the service includes
Features and limits depend on the service you purchase and the integrations available to your workspace. Demonstration screens, example results, and marketing illustrations do not establish a service-level guarantee, a free-trial entitlement, or guaranteed revenue, leads, rankings, or advertising returns.
Any onboarding work, delivery milestones, account limits, support arrangements, or additional fees must be described in your order. Software services are delivered digitally; physical delivery is not included unless expressly agreed.
Accounts and connected platforms
Keep your login credentials secure, give access only to authorised team members, and notify us of suspected misuse. Connect only accounts and business assets you are entitled to manage. Use each provider’s authorisation process rather than sharing its password with Switchapex.
Facebook and Instagram, Google, LinkedIn, and X set their own permissions, API limits, content rules, and review requirements. A connection can stop working if you revoke access, lose administrator permissions, or the provider changes or suspends access. Naming an integration does not imply partnership, endorsement, or approval by that provider.
Read our connected-platform disclosures and disconnection and deletion instructions.
Responsible use
- Publish only content you own or have permission to use, and obtain the notices, permissions, and consents needed for customer data and marketing communications.
- Do not send spam, scrape unauthorised data, impersonate others, post fake reviews, manipulate engagement, evade API restrictions, or use the service for unlawful or discriminatory activity.
- Respect opt-outs and applicable Indian communications requirements, including rules for commercial SMS or calls where relevant.
- Review AI-assisted drafts and automated actions before relying on them. You remain responsible for the accuracy and lawfulness of the content you approve.
Your content and our software
You retain your rights in content and business data you provide. You authorise the processing and transmission necessary to perform the actions you request, such as publishing a post or managing an enquiry. That permission ends when it is no longer needed, subject to lawful retention and actions already completed.
Switchapex and its licensors retain their rights in the software, branding, and documentation. Access to a service does not transfer those rights or permit resale, unauthorised copying, or interference with other customers’ workspaces.
Prices, payments, and renewals
The accepted order or checkout must show the currency, billing frequency, applicable GST or other taxes, and total payable amount. Recurring charges require an authorised arrangement. We will not treat an enquiry or platform connection as permission to charge you.
Where a payment is processed through Razorpay, its payment flow and applicable terms also govern that transaction. This website does not currently contain a live Razorpay checkout. Do not send card numbers, CVVs, passwords, or UPI PINs through an enquiry or support message.
Advertising spend and separately purchased third-party services are not part of the software price unless expressly included. Trial periods, discounts, renewal notices, and refund eligibility must be confirmed in the offer; they are not implied by these terms. See the cancellation and refund policy.
Cancellation, suspension, and data
You may request cancellation using the billing contact or the method specified in your order. We may restrict access where reasonably necessary to address abuse, security risks, unlawful activity, or overdue charges. We will explain the reason where lawful and practical and provide a way to raise a concern.
Cancellation, payment-mandate revocation, and personal-data deletion are separate actions. Save any information you need before requesting deletion. Availability of exports and the treatment of retained records must be confirmed for your service; no universal export window is promised here.
Availability and responsibility
We aim to provide the agreed service with reasonable care. Planned maintenance, internet failures, or third-party changes can affect availability. Any uptime commitment must be expressly agreed rather than inferred from this website.
Responsibility for losses is determined by the applicable contract and law. Nothing here excludes liability that cannot legally be excluded, excuses fraud or wilful misconduct, or removes remedies for a deficient service where those remedies apply.
Indian law and grievance handling
These proposed terms use Indian law. Disputes may be brought before courts, consumer commissions, or other authorities with jurisdiction under applicable law. No exclusive city or compulsory arbitration arrangement is imposed in this draft.
Raise a concern through [email protected] with your order reference and the issue. Where the Consumer Protection (E-Commerce) Rules apply, the grievance process must acknowledge complaints within 48 hours and address them within one month. Verified grievance-officer details must be published before launch. Statutory complaints and remedies remain available.
Reference: Consumer Protection (E-Commerce) Rules, 2020. Applicability and subsequent amendments must be assessed for the actual business model.
Changes to these terms
The date at the top identifies the latest revision. Material changes affecting an active service should be communicated before they take effect, with fresh acceptance or consent where required. A later revision will not retrospectively remove an accrued refund or statutory right.
Read these terms together with the privacy policy, refund policy, and your accepted order.
