Business identity, monitored contact addresses, integration details, retention periods, and commercial terms still need verification. These pages are not a confirmation of regulatory or platform approval.
At a glance
- A free trial or money-back guarantee applies only if explicitly included in your accepted offer.
- Cancellation stops a subscription according to its agreed terms; a refund is a separate request.
- Razorpay processes eligible payments and refunds. It does not set Switchapex’s refund eligibility.
Which purchases this covers
This policy is intended for software subscriptions or services purchased directly from the Switchapex operator named on your invoice. A reseller or separately contracted provider may have different terms. The legal operator and commercial refund rules must be confirmed before this draft becomes an active sales policy.
This website currently has no live checkout. Its enquiry form does not start a subscription or authorise a payment.
Before you make a payment
Your order must explain the service, price, currency, applicable taxes, delivery or activation timing, subscription period, and any renewal mandate. Trial duration, refund window, and change-of-mind eligibility must be expressly stated before purchase.
No universal 14-day trial, money-back guarantee, or “no refunds” rule is established by this draft. If your written offer includes a guarantee, its conditions apply alongside your mandatory legal rights.
Cancelling a subscription
Send a cancellation request to [email protected] from the account administrator’s email, quoting your business name and subscription or invoice reference. Use a verified self-service billing option if one is provided with your live service. Do not assume this website has an account-settings cancellation screen.
Ask for written confirmation of the cancellation date, final payable charges, remaining access, and whether the recurring mandate has been stopped. The effective date must follow your agreed terms and applicable law. Removing a social connection or deleting an enquiry file does not cancel a subscription.
When a refund may be due
- Duplicate or incorrect charges: provide the payment references so a genuine billing error can be verified and corrected.
- Service not supplied or materially deficient: explain the issue and the agreed deliverable. Refunds or other remedies must be assessed under the contract and any applicable consumer rights.
- Cancellation or unused time: eligibility depends on the terms disclosed before purchase and mandatory law. No blanket forfeiture of your legal rights applies.
- Trial or promotional offers: only the offer you accepted establishes any additional refund right.
Custom implementation or completed service work should be assessed against agreed milestones and disclosed charges. Undisclosed deductions or a later policy change must not override an existing entitlement.
How to request a refund
- Email [email protected] from the purchaser’s email with the subject “Refund request”.
- Include your business name, invoice or order reference, payment date and amount, and the reason for the request.
- If Razorpay handled the payment, include the payment ID shown on your receipt. Share only redacted supporting evidence.
- Keep a copy of the request and ask for the review outcome, approved amount, and refund reference in writing.
Never send a full card number, CVV, OTP, UPI PIN, or banking password. Opening an email link or downloading an enquiry is not proof that a request has been received.
Razorpay processing and timing
Where the original transaction used Razorpay, an approved refund is sent to the original payment source. Merchant review and bank processing are separate stages. Razorpay’s detailed normal-refund guidance currently describes up to 7–10 business days after initiation, depending on the payment method and bank; this is an estimate, not a Switchapex approval deadline.
A processing fee retained by Razorpay from the merchant does not automatically establish a right to deduct it from your refund. Any proposed deduction must have a lawful basis and be consistent with the agreed terms. Instant refunds are not promised.
Reference: Razorpay normal-refund documentation. Retain the refund ID and, where available, the bank reference when following up on a delay.
Advertising budgets and other providers
Payments made directly to Google, Meta, LinkedIn, X, or another provider are governed by that provider’s billing terms. Switchapex cannot refund money it did not receive. Where Switchapex itself collected funds for third-party spend, the order must explain the treatment of spent and unspent balances, supporting records, and any refund entitlement.
Bank disputes or chargebacks remain subject to the applicable bank, payment-network, and legal processes. Contacting us does not remove those rights.
Complaints and your legal rights
Nothing here excludes mandatory rights under Indian consumer law where applicable, including remedies for non-delivery, deficient service, or an unfair practice. A business-use purchase is not automatically a consumer transaction; applicability depends on the facts.
For an unresolved billing issue, escalate to [email protected]. Where the E-Commerce Rules apply, consumer complaints must be acknowledged within 48 hours and addressed within one month. The named grievance contact must be completed before launch. You can also consult the National Consumer Helpline and the authorities with jurisdiction.
